Rooms
0-20 Months: Nesters
Focuses on the development of infants and toddlers Program Planning according to the child’s needs and developmental milestones.
Encouraging children to become independent and confident young learners through age appropriate curriculum mainly focused on sensory activity and Social Emotional Wellbeing.
20-36 Months: Fledglings
Focuses on the skills necessary for flight or independent activity. Growing in self help and self regulatory skills. Program Planning is designed to provide a fun, active and interactive learning environment for toddlers. Through our hands-on learning, toddlers will develop Physically, Cognitively, Emotionally and Socially during their very important early years. Positive challenges help toddlers explore and learn through emergent curriculum and our pre-planned activities
3 years-5 years: Growing Scholars
Our Junior Kindergarten program is focused on growing and developing into strong independent learners, getting ready for Kindergarten. Program planning is designed to create a learning community where all children feel loved, respected and encouraged to develop to their fullest potential. We value each child’s uniqueness and understand that each child learns differently and at their own pace. Our goal is to support each student to grow through a series of positive experiences and appropriate role modeling.

Our greatest priority is to ensure that all of our children enjoy an enriching and inclusive learning experience where they develop independence, confidence, and a positive sense of self and the world around them. While our educators make sure our children feel valued, seen, and heard, we do the same for our educators who come from all walks of life, speak dozens of languages and reflect the diverse families and communities we serve.
Truly Flexible, High-Quality Child Care
Little Elite Academy was founded in 2025 when our co-founders, two working mothers, could not find flexible child care options without a trade-off in quality. So became their personal mission to meet and exceed the ever-evolving needs of families.
Kids & Company prioritizes flexibility by offering care from one to five days a week, extended hours, and no late fees. We also offer back-up care for families that find themselves in need of emergency child care when a regular provider is unavailable. We have Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Kindergarten, and School Age programs for children from the ages of 6 weeks to 12 years.
